We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Practice Manager to join us in serving our patients.

The Practice Manager is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining a smooth and efficient clinic environment, with a focus on staff performance, patient satisfaction, financial management, and operational excellence. Those responsibilities include:

Manage daily office operations, ensuring effective and efficient workflow and scheduling.
Develop and manage the annual budget for the practice, monitoring revenue, expenses and identifying areas for cost-savings.
Review daily, weekly, monthly KPIs (daily production, deposits, cancelation rates, ect) and operational data to identify trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff, fostering a team-centric environment.
Oversee clinic financials (billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable) and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee patient concerns and complaints, providing resolutions that prioritize patient satisfactions.
Serve as the main point of contact between doctors, team members, patients, vendors, and other key players within the organization.

Education/Qualifications:

Associates degree required; bachelor’s in health care administration or similar field, preferred.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (required)
3-5 years of large or multi-practice experience management experience, highly preferred
Knowledge of regulatory standards in the dental or medical industry.
Knowledge of dental or medical insurance practices.
Proficiency in Patient Management Software and other systems

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
