We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Practice Manager to join us in serving our patients.
The Practice Manager is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining a smooth and efficient clinic environment, with a focus on staff performance, patient satisfaction, financial management, and operational excellence. Those responsibilities include:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring effective and efficient workflow and scheduling.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the practice, monitoring revenue, expenses and identifying areas for cost-savings.
- Review daily, weekly, monthly KPIs (daily production, deposits, cancelation rates, ect) and operational data to identify trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff, fostering a team-centric environment.
- Oversee clinic financials (billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable) and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee patient concerns and complaints, providing resolutions that prioritize patient satisfactions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between doctors, team members, patients, vendors, and other key players within the organization.
Education/Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; bachelor’s in health care administration or similar field, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
- 3-5 years of large or multi-practice experience management experience, highly preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the dental or medical industry.
- Knowledge of dental or medical insurance practices.
- Proficiency in Patient Management Software and other systems

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
