Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct a variety of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and oral surgeries.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including the use of software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience in oral surgery and endodontics is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Pay: $212,711.00 - $234,047.00 per year
