What We Offer:
- Job Type: Full-time dental associate position.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, restorative, cosmetic, and preventative treatments.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including root canal therapy and general dentistry procedures.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and record keeping.
- Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring comfort and trust.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, such as dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient care efficiency.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health.
The Ideal Candidate: We’re seeking a motivated, patient-centered, and skilled dental associate who:
- Has a valid dental license in New Mexico (or the ability to obtain one).
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid malpractice insurance.
- Experience with medical documentation systems such as Epic is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Knowledge of current dental practices, techniques, and technologies related to general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatrics.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Is committed to providing high-quality care.
