We are seeking an experienced Part Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. Position averages about 28-30 hours per week. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a positive patient experience. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient service, we would love to hear from you. Experience with Dentrix Ascend software is a plus!

Schedule would be Mondays and Wednesday with alternating Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
