Your week at a glance

DayHours Mon8 am – 5 pm Tue8 am – 5 pm Wed8 am – 5 pm Thu8 am – 5 pm Fri8 am – 2 pm

*We can discuss a 4 day work week if desired. No weekends.

What you’ll do

Diagnose, present, and execute comprehensive treatment plans
Perform a full range of procedures—restorative, endo, simple & surgical extractions, fixed/removable prosthetics (refer anything you’re not comfortable with)
Partner with our hygiene team to deliver risk-based preventive care
Document efficiently
Mentor assistants or shadow a senior doctor—whichever helps you grow fastest

What you bring

DDS/DMD and an active (or soon-to-be) Nebraska license
Warm chairside manner and a passion for patient-centered dentistry
Interest in leadership and practice ownership (not required, but a plus)
Ability to collaborate within a team that values transparency and accountability
