We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances, a passion for precision, and a commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate dental prosthetics
- Operate and maintain lab equipment (e.g., casting machines, porcelain ovens, CAD/CAM systems)
- Read and interpret dentist prescriptions and digital impressions
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and fit of all dental restorations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with dentist and other team members to ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proficient in dental fabrication techniques and laboratory processes
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience in chairside assisting and dental office environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
- Familiarity with dental imaging and patient assessment
- Ability to utilize CAD software and precision tools like micrometers
