Cross Lavinder Quinn and Park- Roanoke is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Roanoke, VA, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at CLQP- Roanoke, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Competitive Pay: $40-$45/hour + monthly incentive bonus.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications:

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
