Job Title: Part-Time Dental Assistant

*Opportunity for Full time in the future

Schedule: Wed/Thurs - 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting with general procedures, as well as periodontal and prosthodontic treatments
Assist with intraoral scanning and uploading files to Dentrix and 3Shape Trios
Pour dental casts and help with sterilization and infection control
Collaborate with the lead assistant to order dental implant parts and supplies
Contact vendor representatives for maintenance of office equipment (chairs, compressors, sterilizers, etc.)
Email patient photos and radiographs to the dental lab as needed
Upload images from the SLR camera into patient files
Help manage in-house laundry for treatment gowns
Answer phones and assist with front desk tasks in the absence of front desk staff
Demonstrate a versatile, open-to-learning attitude with a willingness to grow
Must be a Certified Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic and team mindset

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental assistant.
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Required
Experience working alongside Periodontist and/or Prosthodontist is important but not required
Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
