Cave Creek / Far North Scottsdale Dental Practice is Seeking Dental Hygienist - 3 to 3.5 Days a Week (M-W 7-330, Th 7-12) - No Drama Practice
Join a private, no-drama general dentistry practice near Carefree Highway & North 60th St. We are proud to be an “old school” office—no selling, no quotas, and no pressure. Just great dentistry and kind people.
Our long-time hygienist is retiring after 13+ years, and we’re looking for someone highly experienced to step into a well-established role. You’ll work alongside another fantastic RDH, with the support of two back-office assistants and two front-office team members.
Schedule:
- Mon–Wed: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with 30-minute lunch)
- Thurs: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (flexible)
- Average 32 hours/week
Seeking Monday - Wednesday only? Would consider for the right candidate.
Our Practice:
- 4 operatories
- Majority fee-for-service, out-of-network provider
- Retired North Scottsdale golf community patients
- Large windows with beautiful views
- Updated equipment: digital radiographs, touchscreen Cavitron
- 1-hour recare appointments (including exam + X-rays)
- 2-hour new patient appointments (FMX, comp exam, prophy)
- 90–120 mins for SRPs
- Well-stocked instruments and supplies
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50+/hour depending on experience
- 3 paid sick days

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience as an RDH
- Strong Dentrix experience highly preferred
