Dental Practice Coordinator – Modern, Tech-Enabled Office

We're looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to independently manage the front office operations of our fully digital general and cosmetic dental practice. You'll be supported by a back-office assistant and leverage cutting-edge technology with highly experienced remote team members to help with scheduling, billing, and collections. This allows you to focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience and seamlessly coordinating all front office duties without delegation.
About You:
We're seeking a dedicated individual with:
- 5+ years of experience in a dental front office role, encompassing reception, scheduling, and patient coordination.
- 5+ years of expertise in PPO insurance billing and adept handling of dental claims.
- Proficiency with Dentrix is strongly preferred.
- and effectively presenting cases to patients.
- A strong comfort level and eagerness to utilize modern dental software and tools.
Position Details:

- Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
