What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous dental experience required; familiarity with Dentrix preferred
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain treatment plans and financial options
Patient-Focused: Passionate about helping patients achieve their smile goals
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong scheduling and follow-up skills
Team Player: Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring clarity and addressing concerns
Conduct financial consultations, including insurance verification and payment arrangements
Build and maintain strong patient relationships to foster trust and ensure a positive experience
Manage patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up communication
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
Maintain accurate patient records and financial documentation
Proactively address patient inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively

Schedule

Monday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday/Saturday: Alternating weekly, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
