Job Duties:
- Staff Management: Schedule staff, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and verify/approve time cards and time-off requests.
- Front Office Duties: Collaborate with front office team members to answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, and verify/bill/post insurance.
- Business Management: Ensure the practice meets production and collection goals, re-appoint patients, and delivers the exceptional patient experience we strive for.
- Leadership: Work with providers to lead your team to success, set the office tone from morning huddles to celebrating wins, and everything in between.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Managing specialist dental practice.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality surgical dental treatments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with Dentrix/ Open Dental is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
