Full Arch Digital Dental Lab Technician – Implant Design for the Future

Potomac Dental Centre’s Magnolia Dental Labs is expanding! We’re looking for a Dental Lab Technician with an interest in full arch implant-supported prosthetics to join our in-house team. Whether you’re just starting out or have experience with digital workflows, we’ll support your growth.

What You’ll Be Taught To Do:

Assist in digitally designing and fabricating full arch implant restorations

Work with Exocad (training provided)

Collaborate closely with doctors and surgical teams

Learn high-end aesthetics

Understand occlusion and function-driven design

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with dental digital scanners (medit, primescan, etc) – recommended

CAD/CAM experience — recommended

Experience in the dental field – recommended

Passion for learning and dental technology – must be tech savvy

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

You'll work in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment where smiles are rebuilt from the ground up — digitally.
