About the Opportunity:
A well-established and growing multi-location dental practice is conducting a confidential search for a dynamic, experienced Dental Practice Manager. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can manage day-to-day operations across two practice locations—Worcester and Milford, MA.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional interpersonal skills to support both clinical teams and enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across both Worcester and Milford locations
Manage scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to ensure optimal efficiency
Implement and monitor KPIs to improve practice performance
Maintain compliance with dental regulations, insurance, and OSHA guidelines
Train, mentor, and support administrative and clinical staff
Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care and practice profitability
Coordinate marketing and community outreach initiatives
Travel between practices as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing a dental or medical office (multi-site management a plus)
Knowledge of dental office systems and software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Worcester and Milford
