Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager who will also act as our Treatment Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of dental practice management, and the ability to foster a positive environment for both staff and patients. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of patient care, managing all the aspects of the practice and patient treatment

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management to maximize efficiency.
Implement and maintain practice management software, preferably Dentrix, to streamline office processes.
Handle budgeting, fiscal management, and financial reporting to ensure the practice remains profitable.
Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
Supervise staff including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative personnel; provide training and support as needed.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment; coordinate purchasing as necessary.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare providers in managed care settings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental clinic or acute care setting is preferred.
Proven experience in practice management, including budgeting and financial management skills.
Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
