Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. We are a family practice that delivers a wide variety of procedures. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in a comfortable environment.

2-4 days per week, Paid bi-weekly, guaranteed daily rate of $1000 a day, flexible with your schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Provide general dentistry services, including restorative procedures, extractions, and preventative care.
Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Dentrix Ascend software system.
Interpret medical imaging results to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Skills

Proficient in general dentistry practices.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation protocols.
Experience using Dentrix Ascend for patient management is an asset.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of patient care.
