We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from scheduling to post-treatment follow-ups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of provider time.
Ensure the schedule remains productive by replacing cancellations, following up with unscheduled tretaments, calling patients with broken appointments etc.
Verify insurance benefits, be able to present tx plans and provide accurate cost estimates to patients.
Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries regarding treatments, insurance, and billing.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
Prepare referrals and properly handle incoming communications from other specialist or dental offices.
Coordinate treatment plans with the clinical team to ensure patient needs are met.
Address patient concerns and work to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in dental software (preferably Dentrix).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes is beneficial.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
