The Treatment Coordinator is the patient’s primary introduction to Hill Country Pediatric & Orthodontics and the services that we provide. He or she is responsible for the new patient exam process, and for initiating starts. The Treatment Coordinator warmly welcomes patients, assists the doctor in the exam, clearly explains treatment options, answers patient questions regarding treatment, discusses related costs and fees, and also arranges for payment.

Activities & Responsibilities
- Greet and build rapport with all potential patients and their family
- Collect all necessary and relevant patient information, including photographs and X-Rays
- Review records and obtain information for doctor diagnosis
- Informs doctor of all pertinent patient information, questions, and concerns to prepare the patient for the exam
- Inform doctor of any hobbies and fun facts about the patient and family
- Introduce the doctor to the patient, and assist him or her during the exam
- Provide answers to any questions that the patient or family may have about orthodontic treatment
- Records all doctor findings during the measurement process into a questionnaire
- Discuss all related fees, costs and arrange payment for orthodontic treatment.
- Utilizes all available payment options: pay in full, down payments, payment plans, and insurance
- Review all new patient documents with patient and the responsible billing party
- If any money is accepted, it must be handed off according to Sing Orthodontics protocol
- Communicates with patient’s dentist to schedule cleanings and check on scheduled dental work
- Excellent personal and oral hygiene

Additional Requirements
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have sufficient prior hard and soft sales and selling skills
- Excellent etiquette via phone, email, and text message
- Prefer post-secondary education
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including traveling to 2 different locations
- Ability to be on site during assigned On-call day, and during all company mandated training days
- Ability to travel between offices as required
- Ability to do Appliance and Invisalign scans
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
