Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative functions within a dental practice. This role is essential in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing high-quality care to our patients while managing the business aspects effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
Oversee fiscal management, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and financial goals are met.
Implement office management protocols to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Supervise human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Maintain compliance with managed care regulations and standards within the dental field.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively, fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or practice management within a dental office setting (Required).
Strong knowledge of financial management principles as they relate to healthcare practices.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail in managing clinic operations.
A background in dental assisting is a plus but not required.
