Founded in 2001, EDP Dental is a nationally recognized provider of dental discount plans. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking exceptional Dental Plan Territory Managers who bring in-office dental experience and sales know-how to our remote team.
Position Overview
As a Dental Plan Territory Manager, you’ll work remotely to develop and maintain strong relationships with pre-qualified dental offices. You’ll promote our dental discount plans while operating your own sales territory. This is not cold calling - every office is In Network and qualifies for our services.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for dental professionals who can bring real-world practice insight and leverage it to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned, pre-qualified dental offices.
- Educate dental teams about our discount plan offerings and how they benefit practices and patients.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM software.
- Deliver compelling presentations to convert leads into long-term partners.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-network offices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our offerings.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of in-office dental experience (front office, treatment coordinator, office manager, etc.)
- Experience with dental discount plans - you understand how they work and how they help practices.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills - you’re confident, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
- Wired (ethernet) internet connection for optimal remote work performance.

Base Pay: $50,000 – $60,000/year
Total Income Potential: $50,000 – $100,000+ annually (Base + Commission)
