Candidate Parameters:
- You are welcome to keep anything within your proficiencies.
- We are open to all experience levels including 2025 graduates and residents.
- Must be an outstanding communicator and enjoy getting to know your patients.
- We also have an itinerate OMS for internal referrals for All on X and heavy surgery.
- We ask that you are proficient in all things Bread and Butter. It would be ideal if you keep simple Endo and place single implants, but not required.
- We offer Invisalign but it amounts to less than 5% of our revenue. Ideal but not required to join.
- CAD/CAM utilization is a must. If you are not experienced we will train you in your first few weeks.
- Personal and professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered as part of the hiring process.
- We are private-practice, for-profit, and without academic ties and therefore unable to support visas of any kind.
