About the Role:
Our dental practice is looking for a strong and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team! We need someone who is confident in both leadership and patient communication—someone who can balance managing office operations with helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans.

This position is full-time, includes some Saturdays, and offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a well-established and supportive dental team.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office and ensure an exceptional patient experience
Oversee and support the front office team to maintain efficiency and positivity
Handle all aspects of treatment coordination — present and explain treatment plans, review financials, and help patients schedule care
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
Track office performance goals, scheduling, and collections
Resolve patient concerns in a professional and caring manner

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or Treatment Coordinator
Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance, and financial discussions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred)
Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
Willingness to work some Saturdays
