We’re growing! 5StarSmiles is seeking an experienced, high-level Dental Laboratory Technician to join our in-house laboratory. About the Role

As a Dental Laboratory Technician at 5StarSmiles, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our lab, ensuring top-quality production while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Create esthetic, functional dental restorations with a focus on custom smile design cases.
Manage supply inventories and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment.
Collaborate with prescribing doctors and fellow technicians.
Maintain detailed records of processes and adhere to industry safety and regulatory standards.
Design and fabricate restorations including PFM, Emax, Zirconia, and implants (anterior/posterior).
Handle abutment and tissue design for optimal restorative outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in porcelain work with a strong artistic eye and consistent high-quality results.
Start-to-finish skills in ceramics, including custom shading under tight deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of lab procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.
Professional demeanor and collaborative team mindset.
Expertise in CAD/CAM, including both 3Shape™ and exocad™.
Full-arch implant knowledge, including MUA systems and component platforms.
Familiarity with various implant manufacturers and scan bodies.
Strong understanding of infection control and dental/medical terminology.
Ability to multitask, organize, and solve problems independently.
Previous experience in a dental lab environment strongly preferred.
