Responsibilities:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be crucial to our day-to-day operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilizing Eaglesoft dental software to schedule appointments, text/email patients, and manage patient documents.
- Scheduling productively and efficiently for the doctor(s).
- Presenting and explaining treatment plans and financing options to patients.
- Verify patient insurance benefits and import information into their charts.
- Supporting front desk tasks such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, recalls, and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assisting with light clinical duties, such as turning rooms around when needed.
- Collaborating with the team and contributing to our positive office culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Eaglesoft knowledge is required (1-year experience minimum).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A reliable work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills.
- A passion for learning and growing with a willingness to implement new systems.
- Experience in dental insurance breakdowns and patient financing options.
- Ability to connect with patients and work seamlessly with the team.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
Requirements:
- Location: Bend, OR 97702 (must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (preferred), with dental experience highly valued.
