Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Lead to oversee our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care in our general practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting and related fields. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage clinical operations, and a commitment to fostering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the clinic.
Oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring that all procedures are performed accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the development of clinical protocols and best practices for procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patients, including treatment records and progress notes.
Utilize advanced technology such as 3D scanners for patient assessments and treatment planning.
Collaborate with other dental professionals, including those specializing in endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and more to provide comprehensive care.

Experience

Must have experience working as a dental assistant.
Proven experience as a dental assistant is required.
Proficient in using 3D scanning technology and other dental equipment.
Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and relevant terminology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
