Silver Creek Dental Partners is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist with at least 3 years of previous clinical experience to join our sizeable, growing, and extremely prominent general dentistry practice. Our practice features:
- >$4mm of annual production
- Exclusively FFS (no PPOs, HMOs, or Medicaid)
- 20 hygiene days / week
- Over 4,000 active patients
- Nine operatories
- State of the art equipment, including CBCT, iTero Scanner and OverJet
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our Associate doctor will benefit from a strong and constructive office culture, significant production growth potential, opportunities to collaborate with other San Diego-based Doctors, CE sponsorship, and practice buy-in opportunities. Our practice is prominently positioned in high-traffic, retail-heavy shopping center.
Compensation is highly competitive and comprised of a non-recourse initial salary, monthly commissions, and monthly profit sharing.
Candidates with previous clinical experience with cosmetics, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine and/or endodontic treatment are preferred.
