Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental fabrication, laboratory procedures, and clinical support, with a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality dental appliances and restorations. The Dental Technician will collaborate closely with dentists, dental assistants, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional patient outcomes.

Duties

Assist chairside during dental procedures by providing support for temporary crown fabrication.
Maintain detailed dental documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
Operate dental imaging equipment when necessary for diagnostic purposes or appliance fabrication.
Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile laboratory environment.
Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and materials efficiently, ensuring all tools meet safety standards for infection control.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Dental Technician or in a dental laboratory setting with comprehensive knowledge of dental fabrication processes.
Familiarity with chairside assisting techniques and dental assisting protocols is highly desirable.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations concerning patient privacy and data security.
Laboratory experience involving the use of CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations.
Proficiency in infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures within a clinical setting.

Pay: $24.24 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
