We’re Hiring: Front Desk Dental

Associate

At our practice, we are devoted to creating lasting smiles and it all starts with a warm welcome at the front desk. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and skilled Front Desk Dental Associate to ensure our patients’ experience is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first smiling face patients see, greeting them warmly and professionally.

Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar with precision.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, directing them to the right team member.

Verify insurance details and help patients with billing questions, making sure there are no surprises.

Maintain accurate patient records while respecting confidentiality.

Provide general administrative support to keep the office running.

Utilize dental software Open Dental, Dentrix, or EagleSoft to streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required, we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with dental insurance processes is helpful.

Strong communication skills and an eagle eye for detail.

Familiarity with dental scheduling systems like Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eagle Soft is a big plus.

A positive, can do attitude and a commitment to patient care.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality.
