Key Responsibilities

Present Treatment Plans: Communicate treatment options clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand the procedures, benefits, and costs.
Collect Patient Payments: Secure payment for treatment portions upfront or at the time of service while providing clear explanations of charges.
Manage Doctor Schedules: Coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency, productivity, and patient flow.
Follow Up on Outstanding Treatment: Proactively reach out to patients with incomplete treatments, encouraging timely scheduling.
Financial Arrangements: Discuss payment options and plans, ensuring financial clarity and accessibility for patients.
Support Insurance Verification: Collaborate with the billing team to verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate financial discussions.

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex treatment and financial details compassionately.
Experience managing dental office schedules for optimal efficiency.
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and verification.

Prior dental experience is required. (Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!)
