Alpharetta Comprehensive Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice! if you thrive in a supportive environment, enjoy helping patients, and bring strong organizational and communication skills, we want to meet you. The Dental Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires professionalism, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.

Location: 270 St. Claire Dr. Suite 105 Alpharetta, GA 30004

Position Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:45-4:45
Friday 7:45-2:00

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
Collect payments and explain treatment plans/financial options
Maintain accurate patient records
Support smooth daily operations alongside the clinical and administrative teams

Requirements:

Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and scheduling systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
Dental front desk experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
