- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Skills
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar office role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry and file management systems.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently, coordinating multiple schedules seamlessly.
- Strong proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
