Our hygienist has been with us for 8 years, and our Office Manager has been an essential part of our team for 4 ½ years. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you value teamwork, patient relationships, and providing top-quality care, we would love to have you with us. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to delivering outstanding oral healthcare while building lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
- Take and develop digital x-rays
- Assist in diagnosing oral health conditions and creating personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure the sterilization and proper maintenance of all dental instruments and equipment
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient comfort
- Stay current with advances in dental hygiene practices and technology
Qualifications:
- New grads welcome!
- Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Dental hygiene degree from an accredited program
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
- Exceptional communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, close-knit environment
- Experience with dental software and patient management systems preferred
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
