Your Role

As a vital member of our team, you will wear multiple hats—serving both clinical and administrative needs. Receive comprehensive training to excel in your role, whether assisting with patient care, managing schedules, or ensuring our office runs seamlessly. You’ll be the friendly face our patients trust and remember!

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort
Manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and recall calls using tools like Dentrix or Eaglesoft
Answer patient inquiries and foster a welcoming environment
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain sterilization and aseptic techniques, including X-ray imaging
Safeguard patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Support the team with administrative and clinical duties as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (or willing to train)
X-ray certification (preferred but we’re happy to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and phone skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
Experience in general dentistry, with knowledge of prosthodontics and endodontics a plus
A positive attitude, great work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to perform X-rays and support pediatric or four-handed dentistry is a bonus!
