## Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and managing the front desk operations.

## Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Handle inquiries from clients and employees

- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Open Dental

- Maintain records accurately

## Requirements

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficiency in Google Drive

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus

- Ability to handle order entry tasks efficiently
