Our private dental practice is looking for a committed and self-driven Treatment and Insurance Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills, an energetic personality and able to multi- task. This position will be responsible for scheduling to the office's daily/monthly goal as well as getting unscheduled treatment scheduled. Must be confident at presenting patients with accurate treatment plans with or without insurance coverage. Secondary job expectations will be checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance verification, filing insurance claims daily. Please have a minimum of 3 years Dental Treatment & Insurance Coordinator experience using Dentrix Dental Software, please do not apply if you do not have 3 plus years working upfront at a dental office. This position is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday. We offer paid time off which you begin to accrue immediately. We offer paid holidays and pay 1/2 of your monthly health insurance through our office after 60 days of employment. You will be eligible to enroll in our IRA with up to a 3% match in January 2027.
