What you will be doing:
- Actively assisting our dentist chair-side with room preparation, procedures, and documentation
- Taking quality radiographs/x-rays as determined by our dentist
- Educating our patients regarding their treatment plans and how to maintain their oral health
- Ensuring we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations
- Assisting, as needed, other clinical team members
Our ideal candidates have:
- 1-2 year minimum of Dental Assisting experience
- A Radiography/X-Ray certification for Ohio
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Natural organizational skills
- Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things
- A team-oriented mindset
- A naturally happy personality
- A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy"
