We are seeking a Dental Office Manager

who holds that same value
who can run the our multi specialty office with multiple doctors and hygienists.
He or she will take over all management duties for the whole office.

Dental Office Manger Responsibilities

Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
Hire / fire and train new office staff to respond to patients' needs
Know in depth of Open Dental software
Know how to send dental claims and be able to correct any claims with errors and know in depth of dental codes and dental billings.
Be able to run the evaluation meetings with staff and give feedback for them to improve
Be able to understand the owner's instruction and change the direction toward his goal.
Be able to set and lead marketing strategy and take an action
Know the key metrics and KPI and track them to improve the practice
Be able to oversee the processing of insurance claims
Overlook all the administrative work in the dental office including supply order, scheduling, collections.
Assist patients with explaining and prioritizing treatment plans and have them accept treatment plans with financial assisting (inlcuding the 3rd party financing)

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as dental office manager in an office with more than 1.5 mil in revenue
Strong knowledge of dental software Open Dental
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with dental insurance plans, billing, and collections
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and lead a team effectively
Professional demeanor and commitment to patient satisfaction
