Front Desk Receptionist - Part-Time

We are a busy and patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced front desk receptionist to join our team. This is a critical role in our practice, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call.

This position is NOT entry-level. We are only considering candidates with direct experience in a dental or medical office front desk role.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients warmly and professionally, answering and managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying dental insurance eligibility and benefits, processing payments and explaining treatment estimates to patients, and maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management software.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a dental or medical office is required — please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar is strongly preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with dental or medical insurance verification. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday: 8am - 12pm
Tuesday: 8am - 12pm
Wednesday: 8am - 4pm
no weekends or evenings
