What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active state dental license
- Ability to consistently produce $60K+ per month
- Comfortable with comprehensive restorative care
- Ability to diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
- Strong chairside manner
- Leadership presence with team
Experience preferred, but the right mindset and leadership ability matter most.
