Duties

Handle day to day operation of the entire office, maintain software updates, facilities, and staff coordination
Manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix dental practice management software to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction

Oversee daily office operations, including staff supervision, workflow management, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations
Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial options, and scheduling follow-up appointments with clarity and compassion
Handle financial management tasks including billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and collection of fees.
Proven experience in dental office management, at least 10 years experince in a dental office
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix) and insurance billing software
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and billing procedures
Strong realtional skills with patients and staff
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
