Location: SW Portland / Hillsdale Neighborhood

Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7:30 am-5:00 pm

Work-Life Schedule:

Clinical Days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Administrative Day: Wednesday (flexible Schedule)
No evenings. No weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Experience & Revenue Optimization:

Create memorable first impressions through warm, professional patient interactions
Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence to maximize case acceptance
Improve A/R practices to achieve 100% collection at the time of service
Increase production by implementing strategic scheduling models
Design flexible in-house payment solutions that make dental care accessible
Optimize revenue through strategic billing, collections, and accounts receivable management
Oversee insurance processing with precision and follow through on claims submission, processing, and resolution

Team Leadership & Culture:

Inspire and mentor our front office team to deliver consistent excellence
Facilitate productive monthly team meetings that align staff with practice goals
Conduct meaningful annual performance reviews in partnership with our doctors
Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture where team members thrive

Operations & Compliance:

Ensure flawless HIPAA compliance
Manage financial operations including daily deposits and financial reporting
Coordinate seamlessly with specialty offices and manage referral relationships
Partner with our marketing team to implement growth strategies and track results
