Periodontal and Dental Implant Specialist practice seeking a Full Time Receptionist.
The right candidate MUST have: excellent communication & phone manners, strong multi-tasking skills, knowledge of Dentrix (insurance, scheduling, billing), Microsoft office (Word), email and internet.
This is a PART time position (with more hours possible in future):
Monday: 10 - 5pm Tuesday: 9:30 - 3pm Thursday: 10 - 6pm Friday: 9 - 4pm Saturday: 8:30am - 3pm

- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Dentrix software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office for administrative tasks.
- Assist with dental billing and coding using HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area for a welcoming environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
