Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Front office operations and ensure consistent execution of protocols
- Serve as the face of the practice, warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Answer calls professionally and manage the phone system effectively
- Oversee scheduling and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans to optimize production and patient care
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience by addressing inquiries and concerns with compassion
- Maintain and manage patient records with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Treatment Coordinator and exceptional ability in development and presentation of treatment plans. Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
- Handle insurance verifications, claims processing with follow-up, and financial presentations with precision. Keeping AR less than 30 days.
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits
- Track and report KPIs, including case acceptance and collections, utilizing HubSpot CRM to manage patient interactions and treatment pipelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a dental office (management or treatment coordination preferred)
- Strong leadership and training abilities with a focus on accountability and results
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in dental software systems (SoftDent or Eaglesoft preferred) and comfort learning HubSpot CRM
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate and welcoming demeanor with a focus on creating a 5-star patient experience
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
