Oral Surgeon – Dental Practice – Flint, MI

Our well-established dental practice in Flint, MI is seeking a skilled and motivated Oral Surgeon to join our team. We are a high-producing, patient-focused practice with strong clinical support, advanced technology, and a steady flow of cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking for high earning potential and a collaborative environment.

Schedule

4–5 days per week
Surgical procedures scheduled in the morning
Consults scheduled in the afternoon
Open scheduling model

Duties & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, and removal of pathology
Administer local and general anesthesia as needed
Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Prescribe medications for post-operative care and pain management
Treat infections and conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions
Provide emergency treatment for orofacial injuries
Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and long-term care

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Pay & Compensation

$600,000 – $1,000,000+ annual earning potential
35% of collections (draw structure)
Sign-on bonus, relocation, or partnership opportunities available (candidate specific)

$4,000 annual CE allowance
4 weeks PTO
