We are a fast-growing, modern dental practice in Camarillo looking for a high-level Front Office Manager to take ownership of operations, lead the front team, and help drive the practice to the next level.

This is not a typical front desk role. This is a leadership position with real growth, performance bonuses, and potential future equity for the right person.

This role is for someone who wants to lead—not just check patients in.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading and managing all front office operations
Owning the schedule and maximizing production
Driving case acceptance and patient experience
Managing insurance verification, billing, and AR oversight
Training and holding team members accountable
Improving systems, efficiency, and profitability

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

A leader, not just a scheduler
Highly organized and take ownership naturally
Comfortable holding others accountable
Driven by results and growth (not just hourly work)
Experienced in dental front office (Open Dental is a plus)
Strong communicator with patients and team

Bonus if you’ve:

Managed or helped grow a dental practice
Improved collections, scheduling efficiency, or case acceptance

Compensation & Growth

$35–$42/hour (based on experience)
