We are not a traditional dental office — and we are not looking for a traditional Operations manager.

Green Dental of Alexandria is a health-based, multi-specialty practice focused on whole-body wellness and helping people get the care they truly need. We believe dentistry can change lives when it is done with intention, education, and genuine care.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build and lead — not just maintain the status quo.

What you'll do

Lead daily operations and keep the practice running smoothly
Help drive team accountability, communication, and performance
Coordinate schedules, systems, workflows, and patient experience
Monitor KPIs, production goals, collections, and operational efficiency
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
Help manage growth initiatives, marketing coordination, and practice expansion projects
Problem-solve quickly and proactively before issues become bigger problems
Work closely with leadership to improve systems and strengthen culture

The details

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Alexandria, VA
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $35–40/hour + performance incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in business operations leadership/management
Dental experience is preferred, but strong operational leadership matters most
