Job Summary
Ten Mile Dental is seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing practice. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities, operational management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient and team experiences.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience managing a dental office, medical office, healthcare practice, or other professional office environment.
Duties
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and excellent patient service
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, office systems, and administrative processes
- Lead, train, and develop administrative and support staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee coaching, and performance management
- Oversee insurance verification, claims submission, billing, collections, and payment processing
- Create financial goals and monitor overhead costs
- Set and manage budgets for office and clinical supplies
- Resolve patient account and insurance issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with office policies, HIPAA standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with doctors and leadership to improve systems, workflows, and patient experience
- Utilize office technology and communication platforms effectively
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Office Manager, Healthcare Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar leadership role required
- Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, claims, collections, and revenue cycle processes
- Experience managing and training employees
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Experience working with practice management or scheduling software preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
