Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dental Director of Sales (B2B) + Outreach to lead our strategic efforts in expanding the orthodontic offices who offer our new product + handling PR outreach.

You are required to have experience in dental/ortho sales.

We are launching a new product in the ortho industry, and you will be required to contact orthodontists, introducing them to our new brackets, as well as assist with PR/Sponsorship initiatives.

This role combines leadership, sales expertise, and outreach initiatives to drive growth within the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building partnerships, leveraging technology/AI Email Services, and developing innovative sales strategies to meet organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing targeted outreach campaigns to establish our presence in the dental community.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to increase market share within the dental industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, clinics, and industry partners through proactive outreach and engagement.
Oversee outreach initiatives
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or ZOHO to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance customer experience.
Conduct regular analysis of sales data and outreach effectiveness to refine strategies and maximize results.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to expand our professional footprint.
