Vibe Dentistry is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Dental Insurance & Front Office Coordinator to join our growing practice. We are looking for a team member who is experienced with dental insurance, comfortable communicating with patients, and able to help keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing dental insurance claims, accounts receivable, patient scheduling, and front office responsibilities within a dental practice setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

Submit and manage dental insurance claims and follow up on outstanding, delayed, or denied claims
Accurately post insurance and patient payments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and prepare patient estimates
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, appeals, and benefit questions
Assist with accounts receivable and patient billing
Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling and general questions
Check patients in and out and help maintain an efficient daily schedule
Collect patient payments and review financial responsibilities
Maintain accurate documentation and organized patient records

Qualifications

Previous dental front office and insurance coordination experience required
Experience with Open Dental software preferred
Knowledge of PPO insurance processing and dental billing workflows
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Spanish-speaking preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
